Andrew Solutions towers are packaged for economical shipping and easier handling.

• Tower members measure less than 5.8 m and are packed in steel strapped bundles of manageable weight (up to 1.5 ton)
• Complete towers can be packed into 20 ft containers—two 50 m Andrew Solutions towers fit into one container
• Hardware and high value accessories are packed into timber crates
• Efficient sea freight transport setup available

Field Assembly

Andrew Solutions towers are offloaded manually and assembled rapidly using only basic tools.

• Assembles with basic tools (such as pulley block, rope, torque wrench)—no cranes or any other heavy or specialized equipment required
• Needs no welding, double or lock nuts—all tower connections are bolted
• Modular design with 2 m legs allows installers to stand on an assembled lower section while assembling adjacent upper section
• Uses modular sections with fewer parts and reduced installation time
