Drop Interconnect
Signal Vision’s superior line of
interconnect products has long been recognized as one of the most
technically advanced group of products within the telecommunications
industry. Our interconnect products are constructed from brass because
it is a highly recommended material within the National Electrical
Code and is galvanically compatible to interface with copper ground
wire and brass ‘F’ connectors. Signal Vision’s patented 4-sided
diamond shape contact can accommodate a wide variety of center conductor
sizes. An improved ground plane is achieved utilizing flat end ‘F’
port interface surfaces. Return loss specifications greater than
35 dB minimum make these products stand alone. This category of
Signal Vision products also includes inline attenuators, voltage
blocks, inline equalizers, cable simulators, test probes, AC/RF
bypass probes and assorted brass drop connectors.

Ground Blocks
|
- Pressure forged from brass with
nickel plating. Brass is a material recommended by the N.E.C.
that is galvanically compatible to interface with copper
ground wire and brass ‘F’ connectors.
- Superior one-piece design integrates
premium barrel splice with body.
- Unique split bolt type ground
clamp, which seizes without damaging the ground
wire.

Splice Barrels
|
- Machined from brass with bright nickel plating.
- Patented four-sided, diamond shaped contact maximizes long
term contact with center conductor surface.
- Flat ‘F’ ports that provide proper ground plane with interface
surfaces.

- Model available with sealing surface to accommodate ‘F’
boots, sealing rings and shrink tubing.
- Available pre-installed in wall plate or with nut and washer.

Locking Terminators
|
- Machined
from brass with nickel plating.
- Enhanced return loss specification of
35 dB minimum due to the use of high carbon film resistors and
a tuned cylinder.
- Improved ground is hard soldered, which
eliminates the loss of ground plane (ingress) and common path
disorder problems.
- Available with a capacitor added to handle
any AC/DC currents that might be in the circuit.
- Also available in a non-resistor version
for port security only.

that has 250 grams of pressure that can accomodate all types
of cable from 59 through 7 without damaging the center conductor
