ORDERING & DELIVERY

How long will my order take to ship?

As safety for are teams is the utmost importance we are experiencing a 2-3 business day delay in shipping. Thank you for your understanding during this time.

My tracking number isn't working!

Stay tuned – UPS can take up to 24 hours to show tracking info. If you're still not seeing any details within 24 hours of receiving your shipping notification, reach out to us at sayhello@grayson.com. We'll get your package back on track.

Can I cancel or edit my order after I've placed it?

To make sure your ridiculously perfect shirt ships ASAP, we start processing your order right away. Due to the quick turnaround, we're unable to make order adjustments – It's a race to make the UPS truck! Of course, we'll always do our best to help – email us at sayhello@grayson.com if there is something urgent we can help with.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

Can I combine promo codes?

Promo codes cannot be combined together.

RETURNS INFORMATION

How do I make a return?

We work tirelessly creating one ridiculously perfect button-up shirt called The Hero. If it isn't quite what you were looking for, you have 30 days to return from original ship date. We accept returns that are unworn in new condition with original tags attached. To make the return process as effortless as possible, you can visit us at https://returns.grayson.com to create a pre-paid USPS return label with your order information included. The cost of return shipping, $8, will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: All sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.

INTERNATIONAL If you're outside of the US, please ship your Grayson's back to the address below using your preferred shipping service.

How do I make an exchange?

Our exchange process is similar to our return process. To start an exchange please click on the following link: https://returns.grayson.com/

- Enter your PO number and zip code and click start a return.

- Select ‘too small’ or ‘too large’ as your return reason.  You will be prompted to pick your size preference.

NOTE: Currently, we’re only able to accept exchanges for different sizes within the style you have purchased.

Continue to follow the prompted steps.  Please note when returning an exchange item, it can take up to 60 days to refund your original purchase.

How long until I get my refund?

It can take up to 20 business days to process your return and  refund. Once your refund has been completed, we'll update you via email.

Can I return without my original packaging?

You can use any packaging you like! If you tossed out your order information with your original box, you can find your order number in your confirmation email, then start your return.

Can I return or exchange Final Sale items?

Final Sale items are nonreturnable and not able to be exchanged.

Where can I find your size guide?

During the process of creating the ridiculously perfect shirt, Audrey discovered that 70% of women identify with a different size than their measurements suggest. To eliminate the confusion caused by universal sizing, she created a judgment-free sizing system. You can find both a size guide and size chart under the size selection menu on every page.

How do I wash my Grayson?

Washing your shirts should be the easiest part of your day. Machine wash cold. Tumble dry on low. No bleach. That's all.

Membership

Membership of the Super Squad Loyalty Program is only open to individuals with a valid email address.

At any time, Members can only have one membership to the Super Squad Loyalty Program. 

Grayson reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership of the Super Squad Loyalty Program without prior notice or reason, and in its absolute discretion. 

Membership is not transferable to another member.

A Member can at any time terminate their membership by providing written notice to Grayson.

Earning Rewards

Super Squad Loyalty Program sign up: Customers will receive a 150 points  when they register for the Super Squad account. Your login and password for signing up is the same as your Shopify account. If you already have a Shopify account,  your sign up points won’t automatically load. To receive these points please contact: sayhello@grayson.com

Follow on Instagram:  Just click the button within the Super Squad panel and follow us on Instagram. Members will receive 50 points. If you are having trouble please contact: sayhello@grayson.com

Celebrate a birthday:  Just fill in your birthdate and you will automatically receive 100 points to your account on that date. You cannot receive more than 1 birthday Reward in a 365 day period.

Refer a Friend: This is very easy.  Just select a way to refer a friend (Facebook, Email or Twitter). Personalize your message and send.  Your friend(s) will get $30 of their first purchase and once your friend makes a purchase you will receive $30 off towards your next purchase.

To see your points/reward balance just sign into your account and view “Next Reward”.

To see the rewards you used, sign in to your account and view “Your Rewards”.

Grayson will notify the Member via email of their Rewards.

Grayson  reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time.

Rewards are generally expressed in monetary form or in points form- for example, a $30 Reward or 30 points.  However, in no way do Rewards represent legal tender.

Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another member and are not redeemable for cash.Rewards points will not be retroactively allocated to any member for past purchases.

Rewards can only be redeemed on grayson.com

Rewards expire 1 year (365 days) from the date awarded. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more.

Refunds: If a customer wishes to refund a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, Grayson will process the return and forfeit any Super Squad points that were earned on the initial transaction purchase.

Exchanges: If a customer wishes to exchange a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, and the exchange is for a product of lesser value then the initial purchase the customer must exchange for the total purchase value. If the exchange is for a lesser value, Grayson will process a full return first and any Rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase will be forfeited. If a subsequent exchange purchase warrants a Rewards based on the transaction size then the customer will earn Rewards on the subsequent purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Spending Rewards

Points(s) will be loaded into a Members account after an online order, or action (followed us on Instagram, reviewed a product, sign up for super squad program, celebrated a birthday)  has been completed. 

Rewards cannot be used with any other Grayson promotion. 

Multiple codes are not allowed.

Each promotional code is single use and can only be used for one purchase.

Promotional codes cannot be combined or ‘stacked’ against a single purchase at this time.

Customers can see current points and rewards on the Super Squad panel.

Points are calculated as dollars spent by customers after all discounts and refunds have been taken into account. NOTE:  Excludes online shipping fees and gift card purchases.

Why the name Grayson?

Inspired by today’s generation of women who are out there conquering the world, in ways big and small, Audrey named the company for her absolutely fearless three-year-old daughter, Grayson.

What does the Ladybug in your logo mean?

Inspired by the cape detail on The Hero button-up shirt, our ladybug logo is a symbol of good luck to come – Every Grayson button placket is adorned with our ladybug for a little extra luck (just in case).

I heard there's a dollhouse...

You heard right. As a mom herself, Audrey was determined to support women at the intersection of a career and motherhood by providing a space for children. Grayson house is a 12-foot and 2-story dollhouse in the Grayson showroom, complete with a fireplace, library, nap room and Atelier work table.
