Super Squad Loyalty Program sign up: Customers will receive a 150 points when they register for the Super Squad account. Your login and password for signing up is the same as your Shopify account. If you already have a Shopify account, your sign up points won’t automatically load. To receive these points please contact: email@example.com
Follow on Instagram: Just click the button within the Super Squad panel and follow us on Instagram. Members will receive 50 points. If you are having trouble please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
Celebrate a birthday: Just fill in your birthdate and you will automatically receive 100 points to your account on that date. You cannot receive more than 1 birthday Reward in a 365 day period.
Refer a Friend: This is very easy. Just select a way to refer a friend (Facebook, Email or Twitter). Personalize your message and send. Your friend(s) will get $30 of their first purchase and once your friend makes a purchase you will receive $30 off towards your next purchase.
To see your points/reward balance just sign into your account and view “Next Reward”.
To see the rewards you used, sign in to your account and view “Your Rewards”.
Grayson will notify the Member via email of their Rewards.
Grayson reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the Rewards without notice and at any time.
Rewards are generally expressed in monetary form or in points form- for example, a $30 Reward or 30 points. However, in no way do Rewards represent legal tender.
Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned to another member and are not redeemable for cash.Rewards points will not be retroactively allocated to any member for past purchases.

Rewards expire 1 year (365 days) from the date awarded. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more.
Refunds: If a customer wishes to refund a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, Grayson will process the return and forfeit any Super Squad points that were earned on the initial transaction purchase.
Exchanges: If a customer wishes to exchange a purchase that has previously earned a Reward, and the exchange is for a product of lesser value then the initial purchase the customer must exchange for the total purchase value. If the exchange is for a lesser value, Grayson will process a full return first and any Rewards earned on the initial transaction purchase will be forfeited. If a subsequent exchange purchase warrants a Rewards based on the transaction size then the customer will earn Rewards on the subsequent purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
