The first of our five-part series around manifesting our innate superpowers is complete! We brought together 147 womxn to help them slow down and learn how to make their dreams a reality. So what did you miss? Dr. Deganit Nuur taught us her 3 rules to manifesting, followed by a guided visualization and journaling exercise.  In the end, we were able to connect with the other attendees and share what we wrote.

YOUR DESIRES ARE LIKE LOVE NOTES FROM YOUR SPIRIT

Your desires are rooted in your spirit and give you an opportunity to grow and rise. You have this desire for a reason — it’s your job to align and connect with the high frequency it exists on.

YOU DESERVE IT AND KNOW YOU’RE OKAY WITHOUT IT

TRUST  in the manifestation and place your emphasis on you and your journey — not the manifestation itself.

FOCUS ON THE GRATITUDE MINDSET

This will help you rewire your brain and nervous system to believe in YOU. Manifestation can be boiled down to your self-worth and, like we said, you’re worth it.
